Your jewelry is precious, and we treat its journey from our workshop to your hands with the same care we put into crafting it. This policy explains how and when we ship, how your order is protected, and what you can expect until it’s safely with you.

1)  Where We Ship

       Within India: We ship to all major cities and remote pin codes across the country.

       International Shipping: Available to select countries. International buyers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees unless otherwise stated during checkout.

*Processing times exclude weekends and public holidays. If there are any unexpected delays, we will notify you immediately.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

 

3)  Shipping Methods & Security

       We work with trusted courier partners to ensure fast, reliable, and secure delivery.

       All shipments are fully insured until they reach you.

       An adult signature is required upon delivery for security reasons.

       For high-value items, we may use additional security measures such as armored transport or special handling.

 

4)  Packaging & Discretion

       Jewelry is placed in a protective Radiant Karats box, then wrapped with cushioning material.

       That box is placed inside a plain, unbranded outer carton to keep your shipment discreet.

       We avoid any external markings that could reveal the contents.

       For added safety, we use double-boxing for high-value shipments.

 

5)  Shipping Charges

       Within India: Free shipping for orders above a set value (will be stated during checkout). For smaller orders, a flat fee applies.

       International Orders: Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on location and package weight.

       All shipping charges are inclusive of insurance coverage.

 

6)  Tracking & Delivery Updates

       A tracking number will be provided via email once your order is shipped.

       You can track the shipment online at any time.

       Please contact us immediately if tracking shows any unexpected delays.

 

7)  Delivery Timeframes

       Domestic (India): 2–7 business days after dispatch, depending on location.

       International: 7–15 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs clearance.

 

Delays caused by customs, weather, or unforeseen events are beyond our control, but we will assist in resolving any issues.

 

8)  Delivery Issues & Insurance

       If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, notify us immediately.

       We will file an insurance claim and arrange for a replacement or refund once the claim is approved.

       All claims must be reported within the carrier’s required time frame.

 

9)  International Customs & Duties

       International buyers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees charged by their country.

       Customs clearance may cause delays that are not included in the estimated delivery time.

       If a package is refused due to unpaid duties, return shipping costs will be deducted from any refund.

 

10)  Force Majeure (Events Beyond Our Control)

We are not liable for delays or delivery failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

       Natural disasters

       Strikes or labor disputes

       Political unrest

       Regulatory changes

       Extreme weather
