We want you to feel completely confident when you purchase from us. If something isn’t right, we’ll guide you through a simple return or exchange process.

1) What Can Be Returned
Eligible
- Ready-made jewellery purchased directly from Radiant Karats (rings, earrings, pendants, bracelets, necklaces).
- Loose certified diamonds or gemstones if the tamper seal and certificate sleeve remain intact.
Not Eligible
- Custom or personalized pieces (bespoke designs, CAD-approved orders, engravings, special sizes).
- Items showing wear, damage, alteration, or resizing after delivery.
- Items without original packaging, invoice, certificates, authenticity card, and tags.
- Final-sale or clearance items marked as non-returnable.
- Earrings where the hygiene seal has been broken or removed.
Note: Natural variations in color, inclusions, measurements, and screen color differences are normal in gemstones and diamonds and are not considered defects.
2) Return Window
- Returns must be requested within 7 calendar days from the date your order is marked Delivered.
- For manufacturing defects or incorrect items, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
3) Condition Checklist (All Must Be Met)
- Unworn and in original condition.
- Original packaging, boxes, pouches, and protective materials included.
- Invoice, diamond/gemstone certificate, and authenticity card included.
- Security tags and tamper seals intact.
- No scratches, dents, chips, or signs of wear.
Missing certificate: Replacement fees may be deducted from the refund if a certificate is lost or damaged.
4) How to Start a Return
- Email support@radiantkarats.com within the return window.
- Share your order number, item details, and reason for return.
- We will issue a Return Authorization (RMA) with instructions.
- Pack the item securely in a plain outer box.
- Ship using a trackable and insured courier and share tracking details.
For select Indian locations, secure pickup may be arranged depending on value and location.
5) Who Pays for Return Shipping
- Change of mind / size / style → Customer pays return shipping and insurance.
- Defect / transit damage / wrong item → Radiant Karats covers reasonable shipping.
- International returns → Customer pays shipping, insurance, duties, and taxes.
6) Quality Check & Timelines
- Inspection begins within 24–48 hours after receiving the parcel.
- If approved, refund or exchange is processed immediately.
- If issues are found, we will share photos and next steps.
7) Refund Method & Timing
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
- Processing time: 7–10 business days after approval.
- Banks or payment providers may take additional time.
Partial deductions may apply if:
- Certificates or inclusions are missing.
- Repairs or restoration are required.
8) Exchanges & Resizing
- Exchanges allowed within the 7-day window, subject to availability.
- One-time complimentary ring resizing may be offered for eligible designs.
- Some designs require remaking and may incur additional charges.
9) Damaged or Incorrect Items
Contact us within 48 hours with photos/videos of the unboxing.
Keep all packaging until we confirm next steps.
We will prioritize replacement, repair, or full refund after verification.
10) Cancellations
- Ready-made items → Full refund if cancelled before dispatch.
- Custom orders → Cannot be cancelled once production begins. Costs may be deducted if an exception is granted.
11) Gifts
- Refunds are issued to the original purchaser.
- Gift recipients may request exchange or store credit after inspection.
12) Packaging Instructions
- Use the original jewellery box and protective materials.
- Place inside a sturdy outer box with cushioning.
- Insure shipment for full value.
- Do not label the package as jewellery.
13) Not Considered Manufacturing Defects
- Natural gemstone inclusions or color zoning.
- Minor measurement tolerances.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Screen vs real-life color differences.
- Post-delivery damage or third-party alterations.
14) Treated & Lab-Grown Stones
Treatments or lab-grown origin (when disclosed) are not defects.
Returns for preference change are allowed only if the item is unused and eligible.
