Radiant Karats delivers worldwide for free, and every international order ships Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Customs duties, import taxes such as VAT and GST, and clearance fees are included in the price you pay at checkout. There's nothing extra to pay when your ring arrives, whether you're in the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, the UAE or anywhere else we deliver.
What's included in your free delivery

What does "duties and taxes paid" mean?
When fine jewelry crosses a border, customs can charge import duty and taxes, and couriers often add a clearance fee. Many online jewelers leave you to pay these before the courier hands over your parcel. We ship Delivered Duty Paid: we pay every duty, tax and fee ourselves, so your ring clears customs and comes straight to your door.

You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your ring ships.
Delivery, signature and address
- An adult signature is needed on delivery, so we can't ship to PO boxes or parcel-forwarding addresses.
- Please check your address before you pay. To change it, contact us before your ring is dispatched.
- If a parcel is refused or can't be delivered, it comes back to us. We'll then arrange redelivery or refund your order, minus the return shipping and any duties and taxes we can't recover.
If a courier asks you to pay
You should never be asked to pay duties or taxes on a Radiant Karats order. If a courier or customs office asks for payment, don't pay: contact us with your tracking number and we'll resolve it with the courier. If you've already paid, send us the receipt and we'll refund it in full. We never ask for customs payments by text message or email link.
Lost or damaged parcels
Every parcel is fully insured. If yours arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the ring. If tracking stops moving or your parcel doesn't arrive, contact us as soon as you notice. We'll file the insurance claim and send a replacement or a refund once it's approved.
Returns and duties
Free duty-paid delivery covers orders we send to you. For international returns, you pay the return shipping, insurance and any import charges, as set out in our Return & Refund Policy.

Will I have to pay customs or import tax on my ring?
No. All customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees are included in the price you pay at checkout, so there's nothing to pay on delivery.
Do you ship engagement rings to the UK with duties paid?
Yes. UK import VAT and any duty are already paid, so your lab-grown diamond engagement ring arrives at your door with nothing extra to pay.
Is shipping free to the USA, Canada and Australia?
Yes. Shipping is free worldwide, and every international order is delivered duty paid, including to the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
How long does international delivery take?
Ready-to-ship rings are dispatched in 3–5 business days and arrive 7–15 business days later. Custom rings take 2–3 weeks to make before dispatch.
Is my ring insured during shipping?
Yes. Every parcel is fully insured until it's delivered and signed for.
What happens if a courier asks me for customs fees?
Don't pay. Contact us with your tracking number and we'll sort it out with the courier, or refund you in full if you've already paid.
