Free ring engraving

Is ring engraving really free?

Yes. There's no engraving fee on any Radiant Karats ring, and engraved rings ship free with all duties and taxes paid.

How many characters can I engrave on a ring?

Up to 15 characters, including spaces and symbols, inside the band. On very slim or stone-set bands we may suggest a shorter message so it stays easy to read.

Can you engrave men's wedding bands?

Yes. Men's wedding bands are engraved inside the band with the same 15-character limit, and wider bands keep longer messages easy to read.

Does engraving delay my order?

Engraving adds up to 2 business days before dispatch. Delivery times are on our free worldwide delivery page.

Can I return an engraved ring?

Not for a change of mind, because it's personalized. Manufacturing defects are covered.

Do you offer personalised engagement rings in the UK?

Yes. Engraved Radiant Karats rings are delivered to the UK, Ireland, Australia, Canada, the US and worldwide with free shipping. Import duty and VAT are already paid, so there's nothing to pay on arrival.

Free ring resizing

Is ring resizing really free?

Yes. We reimburse what a local jeweler charges to resize your ring up or down by up to one size, up to US$70, when you claim within 60 days of delivery.

Do I have to send my ring back to Radiant Karats?

No. Your ring stays with you: a jeweler near you resizes it and we pay you back. There's no return shipping, insurance or customs paperwork.

Can lab-grown diamond rings be resized?

Yes. Lab-grown diamonds are physically and chemically the same as mined diamonds, and resizing is done on the gold band. A professional jeweler resizes our lab-grown diamond and moissanite rings the same way as any fine-jewelry ring.

Can I use a jeweller in the UK, Canada or Australia?

Yes. Any professional jeweller can do the work, wherever you live. We reimburse up to US$70 in your order currency, converted at the exchange rate on the day we approve your claim.

How long does ring resizing take?

It depends on the jeweler and the design, and simple resizes are often done within a few days. Ask your jeweler when you get your quote.

What if my ring needs more than one size?

Contact us before visiting a jeweler and we'll help you find the best option for your ring.

Free worldwide delivery, duties and taxes paid

Will I have to pay customs or import tax on my ring?

No. All customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees are included in the price you pay at checkout, so there's nothing to pay on delivery.

Do you ship engagement rings to the UK with duties paid?

Yes. UK import VAT and any duty are already paid, so your lab-grown diamond engagement ring arrives at your door with nothing extra to pay.

Is shipping free to the USA, Canada and Australia?

Yes. Shipping is free worldwide, and every international order is delivered duty paid, including to the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

How long does international delivery take?

Ready-to-ship rings are dispatched in 3–5 business days and arrive 7–15 business days later. Custom rings take 2–3 weeks to make before dispatch.

Is my ring insured during shipping?

Yes. Every parcel is fully insured until it's delivered and signed for.

What happens if a courier asks me for customs fees?

Don't pay. Contact us with your tracking number and we'll sort it out with the courier, or refund you in full if you've already paid.
