How It Works

Step 1: Share Your Vision

Tell us what you have in mind. Send photos, screenshots, sketches, or simply describe the style you love. Let us know your preferred diamond shape, carat size, metal, ring size, and budget. Not sure yet? That’s fine. We’ll guide you through every choice.

Step 2: Free Design Consultation

One of our jewelry specialists will get in touch within [24 hours] by email, WhatsApp, or a video call to talk through your ideas. We’ll recommend the right setting, proportions, and stone to suit your style and budget, and send you a detailed quote with no obligation.

Step 3: Choose Your Diamond

Select from our range of IGI-certified lab-grown diamonds in round, oval, pear, cushion, radiant, emerald, princess, marquise, Asscher, or heart shapes, or choose moissanite or a fancy colored stone such as pink or yellow. Every diamond comes with its own IGI certificate so you know exactly what you’re getting.

Step 4: Approve Your 3D Design

Our designers create a detailed CAD rendering of your ring so you can see it from every angle before anything is made. Request changes until it’s exactly right. We don’t start crafting until you’re completely happy. [Number of revisions included: e.g. up to 3 rounds]

Step 5: Handcrafted by Our Artisans

Once you approve the design and pay your [deposit / full payment], our master jewelers bring it to life by hand, casting, setting, polishing, and finishing every detail. Your ring is hallmarked and quality-checked before it leaves our workshop. Typical production time is 2 weeks.

Step 6: Delivered to Your Door

Your ring arrives beautifully packaged with its IGI certificate, fully insured and with free, duty-paid delivery. Add a free engraving to make it truly yours, and if the fit isn’t perfect, we offer free resizing*.
